Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer free standard shipping within Australia. Express Shipping is available with rates calculated at checkout. If timely delivery is crucial, especially to remote areas or cities farther from Brisbane (like Perth), consider using Express Post for faster service.

Standard and express shipping services are shipped using Australia Post.

Estimate Delivery Times (depending on your location): 

- Standard Shipping: 2–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Orders are dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse. Upon dispatch, an email with tracking information will be sent for all orders.

Please note:

  • The timeframe shown at checkout is not a guaranteed delivery window.
  • We dispatch all express orders promptly, but delays within the Australia Post network are outside of our control.
  • Shipping costs are paid directly to Australia Post, and therefore, we are unable to refund shipping costs for delayed deliveries.

International Shipping (New Zealand & Asia Pacific)

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination. We offer Australia Post and DHL Express couriers at checkout. If you need the Perfect Noggin as soon as possible, DHL Express is a faster and more reliable service, so we recommend using it.

Please be aware that some countries may impose additional charges in the form of duties and/or taxes on imported items. These additional costs are unknown at this time, as they are enforced by the destination country and are charged in the local currency. Customs policies vary by country. Any customs, import duties, and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These costs are not included in our freight charges.

Due to situations beyond our control, there may be disruptions or delays with carriers during transit. Therefore, all transit times listed are estimates only. Upon dispatch, customers will receive an email with tracking information.

Order Dispatch Time

Goods are usually dispatched within 2 business days of order receipt. This excludes weekends and public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

You can expect a shipment confirmation email with your tracking details once you have placed an order through The Perfect Noggin website. The shipping details will be sent to the email address registered with your account or the email used during the checkout process. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Changing the Delivery Address

If you need to update your address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible through support@theperfectnoggin.com.au. Our team will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that address changes are only possible within a limited time frame.

Order Delays

If the dispatch of your order is delayed by us for any reason, we will inform you promptly and provide a revised estimated date for dispatch and delivery. The priority of delivery within the chosen shipment method is determined by the carrier. If the carrier is holding or delaying your parcel, please contact them for the whereabouts of your parcel - we cannot control carrier delays. Estimated transit times may vary.

Damaged Items

If you receive a parcel that arrives damaged, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will take responsibility for replacing the damaged goods or providing a refund, depending on the circumstances. To facilitate this process, please email us photos of the damaged items to support@theperfectnoggin.com.au

Lost and Stolen Items

Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by our couriers. Our couriers will only leave packages unattended when it is considered safe, and we recommend monitoring your tracking information to confirm that your package is delivered to a secure location. If your package is reported as lost or stolen, we recommend you file a claim with the courier service, and we will assist you throughout this process. Once your parcel has departed from our warehouse, the responsibility for handling it transfers to the courier.
