Returns and Refund
Your Return Rights
You are entitled to return your order within 14 days of receipt if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or faulty.
- You have changed your mind and the item is still in new, unused condition.
To initiate a return, please email us on support@theperfectnoggin.com.au with the following details:
- Your name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Is it in in new, unused condition?
Goods returned without prior approval will not be reimbursed.
The deadline for returning an order is 14 days from the date on which you received the goods, or from when a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.
If your return is approved, we will reimburse your payment, minus shipping costs, no later than 10 business days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the order.
Conditions for Returns
For the goods to be eligible for a return, the following conditions must apply:
- The goods were received within 14 days from the delivery of the item.
- The goods are in new, unused condition (unless the item was defective upon delivery).
The following goods cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used as they are no longer considered brand new and cannot be resold.
- Items that were on sale or gift cards.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any product that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us unless the item is damaged, defective, or faulty.
With various warehouse locations, please email support@theperfectnoggin.com.au for return instructions.
We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Goods that do not meet the above ‘Conditions for Returns’ will not be reimbursed.
Restocking Fee
Please note, a 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items. This fee helps cover the costs of handling, inspection, and transaction fees. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Incorrect Address
If you, the customer, enter an incorrect delivery address on your order and your goods are returned to our warehouse as ‘undeliverable’, we will issue a refund less our shipping costs (as above). You will then need to place a new order.
