2-Week Return Policy
You are entitled to return your order within 14 days of receipt if you have changed your mind and the item is still in new, unused condition.

Once we receive your email, we’ll provide the return address, as we operate from multiple locations.
Goods returned without prior approval will not be reimbursed.
The deadline for submitting your return is 14 days from the date on which you received the goods, or from when a third party appointed by you, who is not the courier, takes possession of the delivered product.
If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund (minus shipping costs) within 5 business days of receiving the returned goods, using your original payment method.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all new or unused returns. This fee covers the shipping and transaction expenses associated with the initial purchase. It helps offset the costs we incur for shipping the product to you and processing secure transactions.

We recommend using an insured, trackable courier. We cannot refund goods that are lost or damaged in transit, or those returned without proof of delivery.

We proudly offer a 6-Week Satisfaction Guarantee policy because we believe in the Perfect Noggin and the results it delivers. However, to protect the integrity of this offer and ensure fairness for all families, the following conditions must be met:
1. Minimum Usage Requirement
The product must have been used consistently for a minimum of 6 weeks (42 days), following our usage guidelines. Inconsistent or incorrect use voids the guarantee.
2. Before and After Photo Submission
Customers must submit two original, unedited photos, one taken before starting the Perfect Noggin and one taken after 6 weeks of consistent use, showing:

3. All before and after images must be:

Taken in similar lighting

Captured from matching angles

Unedited, original file format (not screenshots)

Visible date on both photos
4. Assessment of Photo Evidence

Our team will review your submitted photos to assess visible changes.

If there is any visible improvement in head shape between the before and after images, no refund will be issued, as this demonstrates that the product is working as intended.

We reserve the right to request additional photos, clarification, or supporting details.
5. Verification Review

If the photos appear to be duplicated or falsified, we will deny the refund.

We use AI technology to detect duplicate or altered submissions.
6. Return of Product
If your claim is approved, the product must be returned to us in good condition. We will cover the cost of return shipping by providing a prepaid return label.
7. Refund Claim Window

Claims must be submitted between Day 43 and Day 52 from your delivery date.

Claims outside this window will not be accepted.
8. One Claim Per Household
Only one 6-Week return claim is permitted per household.
9. Refund Process
If your claim is approved and the product has been returned back to us in good condition, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any shipping fees, within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
